Simply put, we have a passion for good content, and we're on the hunt for a talented Digital Content Producer who fits our vibe to join the DCQ Team. We are not an agency, but more our clients' outsourced marketing department. It gives us the perk of a diverse clientele, with a little less urgency. What you'd be doing (in a nutshell)

As our Digital Content Producer, you'll be responsible for creating and managing engaging social media content, developing and implementing email marketing campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels. Here are some of the key responsibilities:

  • Create and manage social media content, including posts, images, videos, and stories
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including subject lines, copy, and graphics
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels, including social media, email, and website content
  • Attend and actively participate in content creation sessions, where you'll collaborate with our team to ideate, plan, and execute content that drives results
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, using data to inform your decision-making and optimize our strategies

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone as obsessed with creating engaging content as we are. The ideal Producer will have a proven track record of creating engaging social media posts, developing high-converting email campaigns, and consistently delivering results. Here are some key qualifications:

  • At minimum 4 years of proven experience in social media and email marketing content creation and management.
  • Up-to-date digital marketing and/ design qualification.
  • Portfolio and proof of work experience.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Ability to independently travel to events, locations and meetings primarily in Kingston, but also across the island.
  • Short-form video editing and graphic creation experience are required.
  • Strong copywriting experience for digital media is an asset.
